Morning Smoothie
Raw Chocolate Energy Balls
Cherry-Berry Blast Smoothie
Ingredients to throw in the blender:
- 1 scoop of your favorite Chocolate Protein
- Progressive Nutritional Therapies harmonized whey or Precision Sport Supplements Whey Isolate
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (PC Blue Menu)
- 5 Ice Cubes
- 1 Cup of water
- 1 spoonful of Instant Coffee
Raw Chocolate Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of Raw Cacao Powder
- 1-2 TBSP of Raw Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup almonds, pecans, cashews, or walnuts
- 1 Cup of pitted dates
- 1 Pinch of sea salt CelticSeaSalt
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 TSP of Organic Maple Syrup
Step By Step
- In a food processor, process nuts until very crumbly or fine
- Add #Cacao powder, dates. Coconut oil, salt and Vanilla extract (and maple syrup is using)
- Process the mixture until its smooth and sticky
- Form mixture into balls and place in freezer for approx. 20 minutes until set
- Best if stored in freezer prior to use - ENJOY!
Variations: Maca Powder, hemp seed or shredded coconut can be added in place of raw cacao powder for this recipe
Note: Before Freezing, roll in coconut, raw cacao or crushed nuts if desired.

- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1-2 handfuls kale
